IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING FOLLOWING WOULD BE APPLICABLE TOWARDS REFUND POLICY AND PROCESS :

1. 50% of booking amount will be refunded, if cancelled within 3 days from date of booking. No refund after 3 days and entire booking amount will be retained by operator.

2. The refund will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.

3. The amount of refund will be done through bank transfer.

COVID CANCELLATION :

If you need to cancel your booking due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, we will apply a 1-year credit for the full amount that has been paid. This credit will not be able to be used over Diwali / Christmas / New Year unless the hire cancelled was over this period.

Where a booking has been made using credit as payment, this credit will be wholly non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If this booking is cancelled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, a further credit will be offered.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time should any of our Caravans become unroadworthy or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances thereby impacting our inventory of goods and ability to satisfy your booking. If an alternative Caravan cannot be offered to you in accordance with your requirements as set out in this Agreement, a full refund of your booking fee will be given.

RIGHT TO CANCEL :

The User expressly undertakes to provide Glamp O Wheel with correct and valid information while making use of the Website, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts. Any default on part of the User would disqualify the User from availing of the services of Glamp O Wheel.

In case Glamp O Wheel discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the User that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the User or any of any traveller is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by that User, Glamp O Wheel shall be entitled to initiate any appropriate legal remedies against the User, including cancellation of the bookings, without any prior intimation to the User.

In such an event, Glamp O Wheel shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any other person in the booking, as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services.

If any judicial, quasi-judicial, investigation agency, government authority approaches Glamp O Wheel to cancel any booking, the same will be cancel without approaching the concerned User whose booking has been cancelled.

The User shall not hold Glamp O Wheel responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by Glamp O Wheel for safeguarding its interest and that of its genuine customers. This would also include Glamp O Wheel denying or cancelling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.
